1The essentials
In short: We collect only what the site cannot work without. We do not sell data, show ads or use trackers.
This Privacy Policy describes what data the administration of the ANIMANIQ service (the “Service”, “we”) processes, why, for how long, who it is shared with, and what rights you have.
2What data we process
In short: Email and password, your images, payments, conversations and a technical minimum.
- Account: email address, password (stored only as a salted hash; we do not know it in plain text), display name, avatar, cover, country and its source (set by you or derived from your time zone), account creation and sign-in dates.
- Generation and publications: prompts and generation settings, created images, publication marks, likes, reports and moderation decisions.
- Face samples: face photos you upload and the confirmation of consent to use them.
- Tokens and payment: token movement history; for payments — amount, currency, number of tokens, wallet address and transaction hash.
- Support: conversations and attachments in the support chat.
- Confirmations: which version of the notice and documents you confirmed, and when.
- Technical data: IP address — to protect against abuse (request rate limits); browser time zone — to suggest a country if you have not set one; Service logs.
3Why
In short: So the site works, payments add up and abuse is stopped.
- to provide the Service: create, store and display images — on the basis of our contract with you (the Terms of Use);
- to keep token accounts and check payments — on the basis of the contract;
- to ensure security, protect the Service and users from abuse, and moderate — on the basis of our legitimate interest;
- to use face samples — on the basis of your explicit consent;
- to answer in support and to comply with the law.
4What others see
In short: What you publish and your name — yes; your email — never.
Everyone can see the images you publish, your display name, avatar, cover, number of published images and country flag if a country is set (choosing “Not set” hides the flag). Your email address, password, balance, unpublished images, face samples and support conversations are not visible to others.
5Who we share data with
In short: Only those the site cannot work without. We do not sell data or pass it to advertisers.
- hosting and servers the Service runs on, including our own image generation infrastructure;
- object storage — to store images;
- a mail server — to send emails, for example a temporary password;
- the Ethereum network and the Etherscan service — to check incoming payments; blockchain transactions are public by the nature of the network.
We do not sell personal data or pass it to advertising or analytics networks. Data may be disclosed at the lawful request of competent authorities.
6What is stored in your browser
In short: The sign-in key and settings are in your browser; there is one cookie — the age mark on the adult site, until the end of the day.
The site uses no advertising or analytics cookies and does not track you. The only cookie is site_age: on the adult site it stores the mark that you confirmed you are an adult — today’s date. It lives until the end of the day, then the browser deletes it and the age question is asked again. It is strictly necessary: without it the pages with adult images cannot be opened. We do not store it or link it to your account.
Browser storage (localStorage and sessionStorage) keeps the sign-in key and account number, the remembered email address, the notice confirmation mark, drafts of prompts and support requests, prompt history and gallery filter settings. For fast loading the site caches its files on your device. All of this can be removed by clearing the site data in your browser; signing out removes the sign-in key.
7How long we keep data
In short: As long as the account exists; financial records — as long as the law requires.
- account data and images — while the account exists; after deletion the account is disabled and the public page is closed;
- face samples — until you delete them; the consent record is kept as proof it was obtained;
- records of payments and token movements — for the periods set by law and accounting requirements;
- technical logs — for a limited time needed to run and protect the Service.
8Your rights
In short: Access, correct, delete, get a copy — through support.
You have the right to request information about the processing of your data and a copy of it, to demand correction, deletion or restriction of processing, to object to processing, to withdraw consent (for face samples — by deleting the sample) and to complain to a data protection supervisory authority.
Requests are accepted through the support chat on the “Help” page. We answer within a reasonable time, as a rule no later than 30 days.
9How we protect data
In short: The password is only a hash; the connection is encrypted.
The connection to the site is encrypted (HTTPS). Passwords are stored only as salted hashes. Account access is confirmed by a sign-in key. Access to data inside the Service is limited to what its operation requires.
10Children
In short: The site is not for children under 16.
The Service is not intended for persons under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you learn that a child has given us data, write to support — we will delete it.
11Changes to this policy
In short: You will see and confirm a new version on the site.
The current version and its date are published on this page. A notice on the site announces a new version.
